When do you suggest the draft time should be?

if it's the weekend, after 8pm central, or if it's m-f after 9pm central
those are at least times when i can be home

but seeing as how I even autodrafted last year and still won....

Changed to 10 pm. The next day is Labor Day, so at least people won't have to work....i think. Hopefully this works for you guys.
