Concurrent Programming

Since i know of people here that are programmers, any of you know a thing or two about concurrent programming? I have a bitch of a homework assignment that I can't figure out why it is deadlocking. Let me know if you would be willing to help.

The only one that did was Clinsore and he doesnt really read the boards anymore.  There might have been another from Cali, but I cant remember which one.
