So I've always wanted to do a fucking pig roast... kind of like this:

If I hosted one, say in late september or something (sorry Barrett), would anyone be interested enough to come out.  An 80 lb pig supposedly feeds 50-60 people.  I don't know 50-60 people so I'm hoping I can find smaller pigs to do this with, and pretty much invite everyone I know.  At the moment I'm trying to see if there's any interest though.

The main reason I want to do it is just to see if I can.  If I don't do the Hawaiian method where they bury it, I'd love to build a kickass homemade rotisserie and roast the fucker for 10 hours, that gives you the nice crunch crackly skin which is really the best part.  Has anyone done it before?

Yes, we did it every year in our Fraternity.  Def a good idea.  I'll have to see if I wrote down the times somewhere.  But I do remember that it's really easy.
